1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistics issues.
3. Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat COD fee of ₹50 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp.
• You can use this link to track the real-time status of your parcel.
5. Delivery Address
• Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
6. Damaged Parcels
• If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video before opening it. This is mandatory for us to process any claims regarding damaged or missing items.
